PCB Schematic Design & Layout
We design PCBs that meet both functional and regulatory requirements — with manufacturing and long-term performance in mind from the outset.

- PCB design using OrCAD, Allegro, or Altium Designer, including component library modelling and maintenance
- Schematic capture and component selection across analogue, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuits
- Physical floor planning, with careful definition of power and ground strategies, critical signal shielding, and high-density BGA routing
- Expertise in high-speed layout techniques including impedance matching, transmission line design, delay tuning, DDR memory, and differential signalling
- Stack-up definition for up to 16 layers, including HDI with blind, buried, micro, and capped vias
- Substrate selection to suit the application — including ATEX-certified FR4, aluminium, or flexible polyamide (flexi and rigid-flex)
- Additional analysis services such as power integrity, signal integrity, crosstalk, MTBF prediction, and assisted compliance testing with UKAS-accredited labs
