From there, our IPC qualified manufacturing team assemble each device on our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and manual Through Hole assembly production line. Our experience in industrial control system design and manufacture includes:
A control interface between a power generator and an industrial heating system. This project required multiple inputs and outputs including from customised sensors communicating over the air.
The design and manufacture of an industrial control unit to replace the inefficient and poorly integrated existing version. Through understanding the situation and requirements, our engineers were able to deliver a more robust, fully functioning control unit that could be reliably manufactured on demand.
