Custom Boards
Below is a selection of designs from our large portfolio of custom boards for customers across many different sectors. These include home automation, security, automotive and industrial control. The whole design and manufacturing process is performed in house.
Schematics are designed using Cadence Design Entry CIS 16.3 before being pulled through to Cadence PCB Editor 16.3 Performance Option. At this point the bare PCB’s are sent to a local company for manufacture. On their return they are passed to our production department who load the components using our pick and place machine and 10 zone oven. Once the build is complete the board is returned to engineering where the board is tested and our extensive knowledge of embedded firmware and Linux operating system is put to use in completing as much or as little of the software as our customer requires.
