The BitBox USB to JTAG interface lead "Tagger" is a device which allows you to connect a USB port to a JTAG chain on your target hardware. With the Tagger you can in-circuit program flash memories connected to a JTAG enabled microprocessor already fitted to your PCB. The Tagger can also be used to in-circuit program PLD and FPGA devices.

Hardware

Power for the Tagger is derived from the USB bus. Power for the target driver is derived from the target hardware. The Tagger will work with hardware running at between 3 and 5V.

Software

Documentation for the Windows DLL is provided to allow you to drive the JTAG chain at a low level.

We are not supplying software to perform in-circuit test. We are providing a software interface to allow this to be done.
