Surface mount assembly capability

• Ultraprint 200 automatic solder paste printer
• Europlacer EP600 pick and place machine
• Vitronix 10 zone forced air convection oven

The solder paste printer is an automatic printer with good registration and repeatability through a run.

The Europlacer is not a particularly quick machine (6000 components per hour), but it is very versatile - placing fine pitch QFPs (0.5mm), BGAs, and QFNs. It has a large feeder capacity with the ability to set up feeder trolleys off-line.

The Vitronix 10 zone oven is over 5 metres long giving us the ability to finely control the profile to suit lead free solder on all component types, including BGA.
